Bukit Rafllesia tipe 48/150, dengan luas bangunan 48m dan luas tanah 150m. Dipasarkan mulai tanggal 16 April 2013, sebagai pengganti 48/150 di Bougenvvile yang fully bokked. Tahap pertama dipasarkan di bagian dalam cluster. Ada dua tipe tipe 48/150 dan 48/150 (G) di depan taman dengan jalan dua arah. Sedangkan 48/150 (L) di tepi boulevard, jalan utama, yang biasanya ada, kini akan diubah peruntukan menjadi ruko (rumah toko).
